A few things you should know
The staff were friendly. Breakfast offered an excellent range of choices, especially the good crepes that left a lasting impression.
Rooms were charming yet sparsely decorated, lacking modern amenities like tea and coffee facilities. The absence of soundproofing allowed noise from nearby rooms, which could detract from nighttime comfort.

It offers excellent service. The family room is huge and has a minibar, climate control, and multi-channel TV.

The hotel with neat and functional rooms, in a nice enough area, all in all value for money considering that there are n't many alternatives in the area. Very decent and comprehensive breakfasts for the American diet...

Clean and modern bathrooms with strong shower pressure.
I could hear everything happening in the corridors, which disrupted my sleep. The location, while close to Auschwitz, required a long walk to get to the entrance. The blinds in the room were noisy and didn't effectively block the morning light.

The hotel is very smart, clean and modern looking. The fridge had two bottles of complimentary water inside the showers are spacious and very powerful. The staff at reception were efficient, friendly and helpful and the restaurant had quite a good menu but you could also opt to eat at several other places along the street. The beds were comfortable enough for one or two nights and everything was spotless.
Most of the staff were very young teenagers with limited English who seemed to be overwhelmed by the presense of foreigners. They spent a lot of time huddled in corners watching us while we ate and giggling like the school girls they clearly were every time we spoke to them. However they were all very pleasant and friendly. The rooms would have benefited from a kettle for tea and coffee and the cooked breakfast was not good but the cold selection was very nice.

Clean hotel, services were excellent and location was unbeatable to krakow station. The staff were more than helpful and smiled at me. The room was quiet and huge with refrigerator, air con, as example for a very positive stay. The breakfast offered fresh bread, eggs, cheese and meats...

The location is perfect for visiting the main attractions, just a short walk away from a great shop for essentials. The breakfast was fantastic, with scrambled eggs cooked exactly how I like them! It would be nice if the room had better soundproofing since I could hear noises from the corridor. It was a pleasant stay during my trip to explore the nearby sites.

This hotel is exactly across the street from Auschwitz, so no need to pay extra parking. Hotel room was very clean and the room for 4 was a decent size and not too crowded like other rooms throughout Europe. More than a 3 star hotel. Like a 4 or 4.5
When checking out, tried to pay for dog being in room by credit card and staff was discouraged. Don't know why they didn't want to take the card. Maybe they didn't want to pay the 3% credit cards charge?? Wanted to inconvenience us by going to the atm, but instead, they took Euro since we were out of Zloty.

Close to the place we wanted to visit, Auschwitz.
to hot in rooms at nights could not sleep, we like cool rooms to sleep so not hotel fault.

Clean rooms with basic amenities like a mini bar and complimentary water.
Room had no air conditioning. Ventilation issues in the shower. Other guests struggled with heat as well, relying on fans. Accessing the museum required a longer walk due to a closed path, and public transport was nearly nonexistent on Sundays.

The location for our visit was superb, the hotel was welcoming and comfortable and we would stay again.
the airconditioning in our room made a loud noise at night whilst we were sleeping, it was very warm so we needed to leave it on but it did wake us with a noise about every 15 minutes.
